The River Gardens estate is comprised of the following buildings:

Estate Management – Rendall and Rittner
Estate Management – Rendall and Rittner
Rendall and Rittner are employed to manage the operation of the entire development at The River Gardens, including residential, commercial and estate areas. R&R is responsible for setting the operational budget on-site and producing quarterly financial reports. R&R is responsible for employing all on-site members of staff and ensures that health and safety records are updated and risk assessments are carried out in line with legislation. On a day-to-day basis R&R takes responsibility of the health suite, amenity spaces and manages contractors that visit to undertake essential works.

River Gardens has 3 playgrounds catering for a range of ages. Opening times for the parks are:
April to October
9am to 7pm
November to March
9am to 5pm

November to March - 9am to 6pm

Weekdays: 6am to 10pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays: 8am to 8pm
