Encore Estates are responsible for managing the entire development at The River Gardens. The Encore Places app can be used to interact with the Encore team.
The River Gardens benefits from a 24x7 Concierge. The Encore head office property manager works closely with the onsite team and queries can be passed between them. Most queries are best directed to:

Onsite concierge team – all security, mail/parcel-handling, amenity bookings etc

A wide range of health and fitness classes are available which change frequently. SwimKidz also run swimming lesson sessions for kids, toddlers and babies on Sunday mornings:
